1. About Drip&Verse

Drip&Verse is a print-on-demand streetwear brand selling original apparel designs. All products are made to order by our production partner (Tapstitch) and shipped directly to customers worldwide. Our website operates on the Shopify platform.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age (or 18 in jurisdictions where the legal age is higher), that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and that the information you have provided is accurate and complete.

3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately represent our products through photography, descriptions, and size guides. However:

  • Colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device display settings.

  • All garment measurements listed are of the finished garment, not body measurements.

  • Product availability is subject to change without notice.


All Drip&Verse designs are original and do not contain licensed anime characters, franchise IP, or trademarked imagery. Our aesthetic is inspired by anime and urban culture but does not reproduce or infringe on any third-party intellectual property.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price due to a technical error.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments or other accepted payment providers. We accept major credit cards and other methods displayed at checkout. By providing your payment details, you authorise us to charge the full amount of your order.



5. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, production begins promptly. Due to our made-to-order model:

  • Order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After 12 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as production may have already begun.

  • To request a cancellation, contact avelorcorporation@gmail.com immediately with your order number.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to design artwork, graphics, photography, brand name, and written copy — is the intellectual property of Drip&Verse and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Drip&Verse.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this website or its services to:

  • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information

  • Engage in any unlawful activity

  • Attempt to access restricted areas of the website or Shopify platform

  • Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content

  • Resell products purchased from Drip&Verse without explicit written permission

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Drip&Verse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, or business interruption.

Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operating entity's jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our store will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
