Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order. Email us immediately at avelorcorporation@gmail.com with your order number. After 12 hours, production may have begun and we are unable to cancel.
Return Claims
To submit a claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
