What to Include in Your Message

To help us resolve your enquiry as efficiently as possible, please include:

• Your order number (found in your confirmation email)

• A clear description of your question or issue

• Photos if your enquiry relates to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order. Email us immediately at avelorcorporation@gmail.com with your order number. After 12 hours, production may have begun and we are unable to cancel.

Return Claims

To submit a claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Sizing Help

Not sure about your size? We are happy to help before you order. Email us with the garment you are interested in and your body measurements, and we will recommend the best size for you.
