At Drip&Verse, every item is made to order — produced specifically for you at the time of purchase. This means we do not hold inventory. Because of this, our return policy is structured differently from traditional retailers, and we appreciate your understanding.
What We Cannot Accept Returns For
Because all products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:

Wrong size ordered

Change of mind after purchase

Dislike of colour, fit, or design after receiving the product

Failure to check the size guide before ordering
We publish a detailed size guide on every product page. Please review it carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing and we will help you choose the right size.
What We Do Cover
We will provide a full replacement or refund if your order arrives in any of the following conditions:

The item is damaged or defective (broken seam, print error, fabric fault)

The item received does not match the product you ordered (wrong design, wrong garment type)

The item has a manufacturing defect (misaligned print, colour bleed, pilling from production)
To be eligible, you must submit a claim within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
How to Submit a Claim
To start a claim, email us at avelorcorporation@gmail.com with the following information:

Your full name and order number

A clear photo of the item showing the defect or issue

A brief description of the problem
We will review your claim within 2 business days and respond with next steps. Approved claims will receive either a free replacement (same item, same size) or a full refund to your original payment method — your choice.
Refund Timelines
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take an additional 3 to 7 business days to appear in your account.
Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale or promotional event are eligible for the same defect and damage policy. Discounted items cannot be refunded for size or preference reasons.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size and your original item was received in perfect condition, a new order at full price would need to be placed. If your item is defective, we will arrange a replacement in the correct size at no cost.
