Drip&Verse operates on a print-on-demand model. Every order is produced after you place it, which means processing time is required before shipment. We work with our fulfillment partner to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are produced within 2 to 5 business days of payment confirmation. This time covers printing, quality control, packaging, and handoff to the shipping carrier. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Processing time is separate from shipping time. Your total wait time will be processing time plus delivery time.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors outside our control — including customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays — may extend these timeframes.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $85 to the USA. Express options are available at an additional cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after your dispatch email.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped to countries outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or processing fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order or shipping price.
Drip&Verse has no control over customs processes and cannot predict delays caused by customs inspection. We are not responsible for any delays, charges, or confiscations by customs authorities.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you need to correct your address, contact us immediately at avelorcorporation@gmail.com — changes can only be made before the order enters production.
